The current research aimed to offer a conceptual framework for utilization of social software in e-learning process management. In this research, after reviewing the relevant literature, social software were identified based on their relevancy with subject and frequency of usage and an initial conceptual framework was offered based on the application of social software in each stage of e-learning process management and the validity of proposed framework was surveyed by polling experts. This is an applied research in which descriptive survey was used as the data collecting method. Eight Web 2.0 applications including Blog, Wiki, Social Networks, RSS, Podcast, Mesh-up, Social Bookmarking and IM were identified, with reviewing the literature. The findings resulted from the analysis of the data collected from experts showed that in e-learning process planning, three Web 2.0 applications including Wiki, Social Networks and Social Bookmarking, in e-learning process control, four Web 2.0 applications including Social Networks, RSS, Social Bookmarking and IM, and in e-learning process organizing and improvement, all identified Web 2.0 applications were respectively verified from the application viewpoint. The current research seeks to study effective factors on banks’ attitudes towards holding blended learning courses. After developing the e-learning, the new form of learning environments has been formed that organizations are leading to maintain these environments to blend the traditional and e-learning capacities in order to blend techniques and abilities of learning and e-learning. Statistical population included 27 private and public banks in which two public (Meli and Tejarat Banks) and two private banks (Parsian and Pasargad Banks) have been chosen by cluster sampling. Then among staff of four banks, 285 respondents have been chosen. The research tool was a researcher-made questionnaire and its validity was confirmed by ten e-learning scholars and academicians and also its reliability was estimated 0.82 after performing among 55 samples. Factor analysis shows that five following factors explain 40.427 percent of all variations of factors respectively: the structural and organizational factors, the difficulties in producing the e-material, the inability in reaching the qualified e- content, the special advantages of blended learning environments and lack of enough knowledge and skills. In addition, for determining the amount of the fitting of the recognized coefficient AMOS program was used which shows the propriety of the recognized factors for the determined criteria. This research aims to provide a model for the continued use of e-learning in work environments (Headquarters of the State Tax Administration). The present study is a descriptive survey type in terms of the applied purpose, in terms of the type of mixed data. For collecting data, a library method, a semi-structured interview, a researcher-made questionnaire, and factors affecting continuity were used. The formal validity of the questionnaire was obtained through pilot implementation, content validity through comprehensive literature review and judgment of experts, and construct validity using a confirmatory and exploratory factor analysis. The reliability of the questionnaire was estimated to be 0.93 by calculating the Cronbach's alpha coefficient. Qualitative data analysis was done through coding. Quantitative data analysis was performed using SPSS and LISREL software. Descriptive statistics and inferential statistics including exploratory factor analysis to determine the factors and components of the model and the confirmatory factor analysis using the structural equation modeling technique for presenting the model through LISREL software have been used. The findings showed that the quality of the system experts, organizational support and expected performance with frequency 12, have the first priority, respectively, in system factors, organizational factors and individual factors. Also, the age of 7 is among the demographic (demographic) factors of the first priority. The share of "system factors", "organizational factors", "human factors" and "demographic factors" was 48%, 36%, 28% and 19% respectively for continued use of e-learning. Finally, a model for continuing use of e-learning in the headquarters of the State Tax Administration was presented based on its effective factors and its components. Manuscript profile

The purpose of this study was to identify and explain the dimensions, components and indicators of the electronic learning management system in the Maskan Bank. The research method is applied in terms of purpose, and in terms of how information is collected, it is qualitative. In this research, after the purposeful sampling, the process of interviewing with key and informed experts until the identification and full description of the dimensions, components and indicators, and the achievement of theoretical saturation persisted. To determine the logical framework of the total collected data, the steps were taken to identify, note and classify the concepts. For this purpose, the collected data were aggregated and the texts were re-examined and categorized as major categories. Finally, the categories were reviewed, repetitive deletions, similar and smaller mergers, and the dimensions of the specified topic were ranked within the framework of the components and indicators. Based on the results, the extracted model has 4 dimensions, 5 components and 30 indicators for assessing the electronic learning management system. After finalizing the data analysis and extracting the conceptual model, in order to measure the validity of the model with 10 experts and experts of the bank in the form of a focal group about the dimensions, components and indicators of the model of consensus and agreement. Learning is the only source of sustainable strategic advantage for companies. New technologies, including e-learning, have created a variety of training opportunities for corporate employees. But the continuity of these courses is of great importance. The main purpose of this research is the effect of continuing e-learning on the professional development of employees. The research method is descriptive and correlational. The statistical population of this research was 924 employees of Communication Services Company, 272 people were selected by random sampling and completed 260 standard electronic questionnaires. To analyze the data, independent t-test, ANOVA, correlation coefficient, and linear regression were used. The mean score of e-learning and professional development of the staff of Communication Services Company is higher than the average. The interest in the continuity of e-learning (4.61) shows that perceived applicability and integrity have the highest score and perceived merit lower score. Also, e-learning in the three subscales of user satisfaction, perceived intimacy, and interest in continuing learning has had the most significant impact on the increase of professional development of employees. The continuity of e-learning in communication services company has relatively high effectiveness. Perceived communication component, usability, internal motivation, interest in perceived self-retention e-learning, user satisfaction, information quality, and perceived competence have the highest mean. The purpose of this study was to identify and evaluate the effective factors of e-learning culture for IT adoption and SCRM deployment in Shargh Cement Company. The qualitative and objective research approach is a thematic exploratory study in which 25 managers of shargh cement and experts in this field were selected through semi-structured interviews through simple random sampling method. Findings The research identifies seven major themes, or factors, affecting e-learning culture for IT adoption and SCRM deployment. The seven themes are structural factors, behavioral factors, environmental factors, processes, outputs, effects and outcomes. 146 codes were extracted from these main themes in the context of the interviews. From these main themes, 75 concepts were extracted based on conceptual similarity, categorization, and composition. Then, the role of each of the subcategories in creating an e-learning culture for IT adoption and SCRM deployment was examined. Manuscript profile

Digital technologies have become an important part of education and educational activists pay special attention to these technologies in order to increase learners' engagement in three dimensions: cognitive, emotional and behavioral. Video is the most popular e-learning medium, but with the development of interactive video technology and the possibility of more learner interaction with content, it is important to examine the effects of interactive video on learners' engagement. The purpose of this study is to answer the question which of the linear video and interactive video have the greatest impact on learners' engagement and whether this effect is different in learning styles. For this purpose, in an experimental design, a training course was designed, half of which was presented as a linear video and the other half as an interactive video. The statistical population was educational specialist and training and development specialist who were selected by purposive and available sampling of 55 people. After completing the course, learners completed an engagement questionnaire and answered the four-choice test questions of the course. The internal validity of these two instruments was calculated using Cronbach's alpha coefficient, which was the participation evaluation form (0.878) and test (0.824). Using repeated measures design and paired t-test, the results showed that interactive video compared to linear video is significantly more effective on learners' engagement in three dimensions of cognitive, emotional and behavioral and is recommended to training and development specialists to use interactive videos. The theoretical and practical effects and applications of these findings in the field of organizational training and development are discussed. Manuscript profile
