Article Submission Process
- Submission of the article by the author in the journal website, and completing the authors' data and final submission of the article.
- Receiving the journal editor and the editorial board’s feedback on about the article.
- Returning the article to the author to make structural corrections (if any), sending the commitment
- Submitting the article to two expert reviewers in the subject area of the article.
There are six potential paths:
- If the article is rejected by two reviewers, the article will be removed from the journal submission process and the author will be notified.
- If the article is accepted by two reviewers, the submission process will continue.
- If the article is accepted by one reviewer and rejected by another reviewer, the article is sent to the third reviewer.
- If the article is rejected by the third reviewer, the article will be removed from the journal process and the author will be notified.If the article is accepted by the third reviewer, the submission process will continue.
- If the reviewers recommend any general or partial revision for the article, the submission process will continue.
- If the reviewers do not perform the review within the stipulated time, a new reviewer/ reviewers will be assigned.The article will be returned to the authors for revisions.
- Resubmission of the article by the authors. (two weeks)
- Sending articles to previous reviewers to review the article.
- Presenting the final decisions of the reviewers regarding the acceptance or rejection of the article.
- If the article is rejected, the author will be informed, and if it is accepted, it will enter the next stage.
- Articles are sent for editing in Persian and English.
- Articles are sent for page layout.
- The waiting period for articles to be published depends on the number of approved articles.
