        Traditionally, mentoring process was very important and it seems to be more important than before with the use of information technology. This study was a quasi-experimental study and its aim is to investigate the effect of an electronic mentoring program on students’ career path decisions among graduates of management and also the effect of face to face communication to improve the outcomes of these relationships. In order to implement the study, a mentoring relationship was carried out between 12 mentors and 86 mentees and in order to examine the importance of face to face meeting among mentors and mentees, half of the mentees had the opportunity to meet their mentors. The results indicate that students’ career decisions in each of the five dimension of self-assessing, getting occupational information, goal setting, planning for the future, and problem solving has been promoted after mentoring courses compared to before holding course. Other results of the study indicate that the face to face meeting create higher satisfaction of mentoring relationship and promote the career path decisions. Manuscript profile

        The purpose of this research is to explore the positive and negative roles of mentoring on improving knowledge sharing. High turnover rate of talented and experienced employees in this industry are seen due to the fierce competition between active companies in the capital market industry. Thus, we suggest mentoring to keep and share knowledge in company before they intend to quit. The statistical society of the research is experienced employees and human resource specialists in Amin Tamin Sarmayeh, Lotos Parsian, and Melat bank who were aware of the subject. In addition, the sample was selected using snowball sampling. Qualitative research method is used and we used interview to data collecting. Theme analysis is used to data anlyzing. Generally, the purpose of this research is to answer to three questions: 1. what are the barriers of sharing knowledge? 2. What are the volunteer ways to perform mentoring in company? And 3. What strategies would you recommend to prevent the mentee to quit the organization? According to the results, from the perspective of Participators, knowledge sharing barriers were divided to three parts: individual, organizational, and cultural barriers. To perform mentoring, volunteer strategies in organization include three following parts: training, compensation, and appointed curator of the implementation of mentoring. To prevent the mentee to quit the organization, the strategies are divided in four parts as follows: hiring, job advantages after mentoring, branding, mentoring executive procedures.         This study explored the interventions between mentor & mentee in mentoring of new hired faculty members of universities. This research is a qualitative study. Hence, 20 professors and key informants of faculty mentoring were selected purposefully by criterion sampling strategy. the data were analyzed thematically. To establish credibility of findings, member check and peer debriefing strategies were used and data were modified and reanalyzed continuously. Finding showed that the interaction strategies between mentor and mentee in mentoring of new hired faculty members are 3 categories which included: first interventions, learning-teaching interventions (developmental interventions) and feedback interventions.         Given the importance and necessity of mentoring, as one of the methods of human resource development in Iranian organizations and the fact that the successful implementation of formal mentoring requires a proper platform and the necessary maturity in the organization. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to identify the prerequisites for the successful implementation of the formal mentoring program. The statistical population of the research is university professors and experts familiar with human resource development and especially mentoring method. The research method is qualitative and based on the paradigm of interpretiveness. To achieve this, after reviewing the mentoring literature community, interview questions were ‎designed and after confirming the validity of the questions, ‎‏15‏‎ people with expertise in the ‎field of human resource development, especially mentoring, were interviewed by purposive ‎sampling. Then, the results of the interviews were analyzed using the theme analysis method using Brown and Clark approach and the necessary prerequisites for mentoring were categorized in the form of McKenzie 7S model. The results showed that factors such as; a culture based on learning, the maturity of human resource processes, the financial strength of the organization and the existence of a strategic vision in the organization are the main prerequisites for implementing a formal mentoring program in the organization.         Abstract Peer mentoring is one of the new approaches in the professional development of employees, especially university professors. The purpose of this study is to investigate the elements of peer mentoring program for university professors, qualitative research approach and its method of synthesis research based on Roberts (2007) model. The research population consists of 347 articles on the features and models of peer mentoring for teaching professors and instructors that have been presented in prestigious scientific journals from 2005 to 2021. The research sample includes 58 scientific research articles that have been purposefully collected. Research data were collected from qualitative analysis of the studied documents. Based on the data analysis, peer mentoring components were classified into 5 dimensions and 29 factors. These dimensions include individual dimension (including factors; job skills, leadership skills, balance, decision-making skills, problem-solving skills, perceptual skills, accessibility, personality dimensions, motivation), organizational dimension (including On factors: professional development, support and encouragement, infrastructure, attention to professional components, organizational and managerial structure), cultural dimension (including factors; attention to cultural requirements) and dimension of requirements and musts (including On factors: dignity, pedagogical knowledge management, clear strategy, process personalization, cost-effectiveness, security, based on the principles of the workplace curriculum, based on hiatology, program requirements and role-paying) and communications (including component Such as, positive communication, social communication, communication in relationships and usefulness).         The purpose of this research is introducing mentoring model by improving Human Resources Practices approach in National Iranian South Oilfields Company. This research is done according to qualitative and quantitative approach (Mixed method). In qualitative step finding necessary factors and bases for model were done by use of interview with 11 people of experts that were chosen by use of snowball sampling method and theme analysis was used and this research is an exploratory research. To survey the validation of the research qualitative data gathering tool expert`s opinions were used and to survey the reliability of the theme analysis findings Kappa Index was used and 96 initial codes in the form of 12 themes and in fact necessary bases for designing model were found that consists of: organizational relationships, mentoring assessment, organizational education, organizational commitment, personnel empowerment, organizational chart, organizational factors, knowledge management, career path management, human resources management, organizational performance results and mentor`s individual characteristics. In quantitative step for model validation Structural Equations were used. In this research by use of stratified random sampling and according to Cochran formula, out of 105 people in the statistical population, the number of sample should be 83 people that 100 questionnaires were distributed for precaution. Research model according to qualitative analysis findings and results of Structural Equations and according to finding necessary bases for implementation of mentoring and by use of Partial Minimum Square Technique was examined and finally mentoring model by improving Haman Resource Practices Approach and suggestions for creating the necessary conditions and context for the implementation of mentoring were introduced.         Peer mentoring could be mentioned as one of the novel approaches for professional development of university professors. The present study sought to propose a model for the peer mentoring program which could be employed by the professors of Teacher Training University. The statistical population included all the professors at the Teacher Training Universities and the sample were selected through criterion sampling which is considered as a variation of purposive sampling. The study data were collected through semi-structured interviews with 15 professors from Teacher Training Universities of Alborz and Tehran provinces. In the next step, open, axial and selective coding methods were used in order to analyze the data. Lincoln and Cuban criteria were used to ensure validity and reliability. The results of the research revealed thirty-five core concepts and eleven selected categories, which were organized and presented in the form of a paradigm model including planning and formulation of macro strategy, needs assessment, attitude, organizational structure redesign, revision and refinement of laws and designing a new performance evaluation system as the core subject and causal conditions (individual and organizational factors), contextual factors (environmental and organizational factors), facilitating intervention conditions (information and media literacy, professional ethics, support, mentoring relationship and job turnover, realism and revision in recruitment policy), limiting intervening conditions (politicization, materialism, weak human resource management, traditional view toward human resources, structural weakness, formalization and temporary view) and outcome (professional growth and development of Teacher Training University professors).         In recent decades, various strategies for the development of human capital have been proposed by leading organizations. One of the best tools from the point of view of human resource specialists for this is the mentoring program. In addition, technological changes in organizational environments have doubled the importance of paying attention to online mentoring. The purpose of the present research was to provide a framework for educational online mentoring based on knowledge sharing for key occupations in the transportation industry. The current research is qualitative and based on the interpretive paradigm, which was designed using the method of meta-synthesis and qualitative case study. In the beginning, 23 articles were selected using the meta- synthesis method and after the stages of quality assessment, which were in accordance with the accepted standards, were examined. In the next stage, in the case study, using the method of purposive sampling, interviews were conducted with 30 people who were experts in the field of transportation industry. Then the articles obtained from the method of meta- synthesis and the articles of the interviews were analyzed and summarized. The results of the meta- synthesis and case study showed that the components of organizational culture, financial and budget resources, evaluation and control, support, communication, human resources, planning, organizational structure, environmental conditions, information and communication technologies are the dimensions of the original model of educational online mentoring. Also, each of these components includes sub-components that define the effectiveness of writing. Manuscript profile
