The purpose of this study was to providing SEM of leadership self-development for University of Tehran managers. Accordingly, the present study has focused on the self-development of academic leadership. For this purpose, descriptive-correlation method was used. Structural equation modeling and LISREL software were used to analyzed. The statistical population of the study included 524 university managers of Tehran University. In order to collect the research sample by using proportional stratified sampling method, 217 university managers were selected using Morgan table. The purpose of this study was to study the managers of departments, deputies and heads of faculties, general, deputies and president of universities. A researcher-made questionnaire with reliability (α = 0.97) was used to collect data, which evaluated 56 components in 112 questions. The results of SEM showed that individual contextual factors (γ = 0.97) influenced the self-development process of academic leaders. The self-development process (β = 0.92) also influenced the self-development strategies. Strategies also influenced self-development achievements (β = 0.91). However, in the present study, organizational context factors (γ = 0.09) did not influence the process of academic leaders' self-development, although in many studies the role of organizational contextual factors as an organizational readiness for self-development has been effective. This research aims to present a model of leaders' self-development based on the synthesis of past research. The research method is qualitativeand it's kind of a synthesis. The statistical population of the study includes researches and studies conducted in the period 1970-2020 in the field of self-development leadership 2890 that after various stages of elimination and reduction, 61 research samples were selected. Related resources were coded by three-step open, axial, and selective coding. Reliability, validity and credibility of the findings were used to evaluate the quality of coding, and the Kappa coefficient of coefficient for agreement between the evaluators was 0.75. According to the findings of this study, the model of leaders' self-development process is that self-development factors through one of a variety of self-development (structured, guided or individual) and using one of self-development mechanisms (self-leadership, self-management, self-regulation and self-directed learning) shapes the process of leaders' self-development. The purpose of this study was to identify the dimensions, components and indicators of model of competency-based training of Shahid Rajaee port staff. The Research is applied in terms of purpose, in terms of data is qualitative, and in terms of nature is descriptive. The statistical population consisted of key experts and informants in the subject area of the research who were selected based on informed approach and purposeful and snowball method. Data collection was done by library method (surveying) and field method (interviewing and Delphi). Interviews with focal subjects and theoretical saturation techniques, specific coding procedures, and validity of data collection techniques from multiple sources, negative case analysis, and method flexibility were used to validate the findings. Finally, theoretical coding technique was used to analyze the data. The results showed that the systematic model of competency-based training of Shahid Rajaee port staff has 8 dimensions, 27 components and 83 indicators that are the components of the final paradigm model: Causal conditions (learning environment); Interfering conditions (Competency-Based Characteristics of Learners); Contextual conditions (context of learning process); Core category (competency-based training); Strategies (Developing a Competency Model, ...); Consequences (effective training, Desire for Self-Development, etc.). The present study aimed to provide a structural model of professional self-development of faculty members. The research method was descriptive-correlation and structural equations. The study population consisted of all faculty members of Tehran, Shahid Beheshti and Allameh Tabatabai universities, 3460 people, which was determined using random sampling method and with the help of Morgan table, 346 people. To collect the data, a researcher-made professional self-development questionnaire with reliability (α = 0.97) was used, which examines 5 dimensions of professional self-development. The results of analysis with the help of LISREL software and structural equation modeling analysis showed that the professional self-development structural model of faculty members has five key dimensions including professional self-development competencies, professional self-development action and implementation, professional self-development planning, professional self-development tendency and professional self-development effective factors. Which has a good fit with the data. The results showed that the effective factors with path coefficient (γ = 0.52) affected the tendency to professional self-development. Also, inclination with path coefficient (γ = 0.92) has affected professional self-development planning. In addition, path coefficient planning (γ = 0.95) has influenced professional self-development action and practice. Finally, action and practice have affected the professional self-development competencies with path coefficient (γ = 0.83). Manuscript profile
