        The purpose of this study was to identify the dimensions and components of training based on lean thinking in social security organization. This research is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of collecting data, descriptive-survey method. The statistical population of the study consisted of managers, deputies, heads and educational experts in the headquarters and executive staff, and educational supervisors of the hospitals affiliated to the Social Security Organization (420 people). The sample size was 200 people according to Cochran formula and were selected by simple random sampling method. In order to collect information, a researcher-made questionnaire was used including 17 components and 126 items. The face validity of the questionnaire was verified through pilot implementation, content validity through comprehensive review of literature and expert judgment, and construct validity was confirmed by factor analysis and its reliability was estimated by calculating the Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.97. In order to analyze the data, descriptive statistics (frequency tables, mean, variance, standard deviation) and inferential statistics (Kolmogorov-Smirnov test and exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis) were used. The results of data analysis at the level of 0.01, 17 dimensions, and 117 components as dimensions and components of pure education in the social security organization showed that the overall effect of these dimensions was 63.73% and dimension of value stream (identification of waste and value-creating activities) had the highest share (84.52) and dimension of human resources management had the lowest share (0.48). Therefore, in order to eliminate education in the social security organization, it is necessary to identify the losses and create valuable activities. Manuscript profile

        The aim of the present research is to put forward a model for Performance Coaching Competency regarding supervisors and managers in NIOC. This research is a heuristic inquiry with a pragmatic purpose wherein we have utilized the qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis approaches .Data analysis strategy in qualitative inquiry comprises literature content analysis, interview and Delphi survey questionnaires analyses, Moreover, purposive sampling is applied in qualitative research inquiries. The sample size, in literature based upon data saturation and semi-structured interview, were 12 subjects and in Delphi method were 20 subjects of experts, people in charge, and managers familiar with performance coaching in NIOC. The questionnaires face validity was obtained via pilot implementation, the interview reliability via Double-coded Agreement Coefficient .The sample size, in ANP Method were 20 subjects of experts. Key concepts in the literature and semi-structured interviews were primarily extracted and then combined into 16 components on common grounds. Delphi questionnaires in two stages and then ANP questionnaire were made and implemented respectively. The literature data and the interview analyses were done inductively via MAXQDA software, Delphi Questionnaires via SPSS, ANP Questionnaire via MATLAB (for measuring the weight and importance of the dimensions and indicators) and Super Decision (for investigating the relation between dimensions and indicators and their mutual influence). Data analyses resulted in recommending a model for performance coaching which comprises 15 components and 56 indicators in three dimensions, namely: individual, organizational, and managerial; while expressing the ranking among indicators and their internal influence.         3 - Providing a structural model of professional self-development for faculty members

        The present study aimed to provide a structural model of professional self-development of faculty members. The research method was descriptive-correlation and structural equations. The study population consisted of all faculty members of Tehran, Shahid Beheshti and Allameh Tabatabai universities, 3460 people, which was determined using random sampling method and with the help of Morgan table, 346 people. To collect the data, a researcher-made professional self-development questionnaire with reliability (α = 0.97) was used, which examines 5 dimensions of professional self-development. The results of analysis with the help of LISREL software and structural equation modeling analysis showed that the professional self-development structural model of faculty members has five key dimensions including professional self-development competencies, professional self-development action and implementation, professional self-development planning, professional self-development tendency and professional self-development effective factors. Which has a good fit with the data. The results showed that the effective factors with path coefficient (γ = 0.52) affected the tendency to professional self-development. Also, inclination with path coefficient (γ = 0.92) has affected professional self-development planning. In addition, path coefficient planning (γ = 0.95) has influenced professional self-development action and practice. Finally, action and practice have affected the professional self-development competencies with path coefficient (γ = 0.83). Manuscript profile
