The aim of this study was conducted to determine the impact of trainee characteristics, training design and working environment on the transfer of learning in banking industry. The research method was descriptive, non-experimental causal study. The population was included 74 employees who have participated in the Banking 1 training courses for 80 hours in 1391 at Fereshtegan Finance & Credit Institute. To this aim, a random sample of 55 employees who participated in the course, were selected. To measure trainee characteristics, training design and work environment, a researcher-made questionnaire was applied. The Validity of the questionnaire was approved by scholars in the field of Management and also Educational Sciences. Its reliability was found to be 0.85. To measure the transfer of learning a researcher-made questionnaire used and its validity was verified by organization’s experts and was finally confirmed by academicians of educational sciences and its reliability was 0.75. Analyzing data was performed by using single-sample t-test, Pearson correlation coefficient and simple and multiple regressions. Results showed that behavior change in Fereshtegan Finance & Credit Institute is undesirable and has a gap with the ideal mean. Main findings showed that there is not a significant relationship between the transfer of learning and trainee characteristics with components such as individual conditions, motivation, self-efficacy and the perception of training productivity and so cannot predict the transfer of learning. Regarding sub-hypotheses, there is a significant relationship between training design and the transfer of learning and as a result it can be predicted. No significant relationship was found between the transfer of learning and working environment with components of “supports for working environment” and “environmental incentives” and so cannot predict the transfer of learning. In recent years, the use of Electronic Performance Support Systems (EPSS) has become common to improve the performance of employees in organizations. The appropriate design of this new method has definitely a major role in its effectiveness and efficiency. Therefore, the current study was conducted with the aim of providing a framework for the design of EPSS. Qualitative content analysis method of deductive type was used in this study. The study population consisted of all the relevant sources and articles indexed in databases such as, Proquest, Springer, Science Direct, Emerald, EBSCO, Sage, Eric, and Google Scholar. Sampling from these sources was conducted with the purposeful sampling method, 45 papers and books were evaluated according to the target criteria, and to form the proposed framework, the obtained data were combined. As a result of this study, seven principles were identified in order to comply with EPSS as follows: career context, user interface, assessment and monitoring, access to resources of performance support, adaptability, prompt response, and usability. In addition, strategies for operating them were presented, and finally the framework was presented in order to show how to apply these principles and strategies in the design of EPSS. The results of this study can be a guide for EPSS designers in the selection and provision of efficient and effective performance support system to improve the employee performance of the organization. In this study, a model for the competence of financial managers in the National Iranian Oil Company was designed. Therefore, this study is applied in terms of purpose, qualitative in terms of approach and exploratory and descriptive survey in terms of method. Data analysis was performed in two parts. In the first part, the pattern dimensions were identified using the theme analysis method, then in the second part, the Delphi method was used to confirm the proposed model. Therefore, in the present study, two groups of society were studied. 1. The statistical population of the theme analysis method, which included senior managers, deputies, heads and financial experts in the National Oil Company. The sampling method in this section was purposeful and performed by the snowball method. 2. The statistical population of the Delphi method included 20 experts, heads and specialists in the field of financial management of the oil company. The sampling method in this section was based on the selection of individuals based on expertise and experience. The information of the first part was collected through interviews and the second part was collected through a questionnaire. Based on the research findings, 26 components were identified and approved in the form of 4 dimensions for the competence of the financial managers of the oil company. The four dimensions include technical skills, leadership skills, individual skills, and business skills. It seems that the model and the results of the research can be effective in the proper selection of financial managers and their growth and development. Manuscript profile

Introduction: Since higher education centers and universities are among the large and complex organizations that are more specialized and efficient than the other human resources organizations in providing and manpower training, they have a special sensitivity. Also, considering that human development in line with coordination and harmony with the great changes of society, is the main task of the higher education system, this requires universities to have the necessary qualifications of educational administrators (Ismaili et al., 1397). The purpose of this study was to design a competency model for training managers of higher education centers to apply professional skills Methods: This study was conducted in an applied type and in a combined method of exploratory mixed type (qualitative-quantitative). Expert concurrence was used to determine the dimensions of competency components and professional skills based on theoretical foundations. Recently there have been a focus on the development of faculty members with the aim of meeting the challenging needs of society, university, faculty members and students. In this regard, technology includes the potential to create new opportunities in this field. The current research was conducted with the purpose of identifying the elements and designing a model for the development programs for faculty members based on FAVA. The research method was applied and with the approach of qualitative data collection and analysis, which was done with the comparative, inductive, and qualitative content analysis method. The method involved semi-structured interviews with 20 experts in the field of education and technology with a snowball method until theoretical saturation was reached. According to the findings 6 main concepts and 42 subcategories were extracted. The research results emphasize the design of the 6 elements of goal, content, time, space, interactions and evaluation, considering the capacities and challenges of adding FAVA to these elements. Finally, a pattern of programs was presented based on FAVA for developing the capacities of faculty members. In addition, some recommendations were offered based on the findings of the study such as designing an integrated system including various educational and research systems based on individual and organizational needs; active, experimental, personalization, informal and transferable approaches in a safe environment in accordance with the rules; considering simulation of face-to-face situations in a flexible and optimal time with active interaction of the audience, instructor and content with a clear and selective approach along with a growing and valid assessment. In our country we face the fact that many faculty members of the universities have not received formal teacher training but they teach and this has been one major concerns in the field of education. On the other hand, many courses that are held in person or virtual with the purpose of training teaching to the professors do not serve the expected effectiveness. Hence, this study was conducted with the aim of examining the effectiveness of an electronic off-line course for development of faculty members which was held in one of the high-rank universities of Iran. This course titled "Teaching Competencies in the Virtual Classroom" was designed and implemented in order to improve the competencies of the professors in the three fields of teaching, assessment and electronic content development in the virtual classroom. The current research design was quantitative and the research strategy was a quasi-experiment of the pre-test and post-test type. The participants of this course were 33 university faculty members who completed the course in 5 weeks. In order to collect data, several self-report questionnaires were used, which were designed based on the level one and two components of Kirkpatrick's model. The results of the research showed that the reaction of the participants (satisfaction, involvement and relationship with the job) was positive towards the course and also this course had a significant effect on the perceived knowledge and skills of the participants. However, in the dimension of attitude, it had a negative effect on the attitude of the participants towards teaching. In addition, the self-confidence and commitment of the participants did not show any significant changes. These results have been discussed in relation to the eight pedagogical and andragogical features of the course, and the reasons this course has not been able to have the expected effects on the attitude, self-confidence and commitment of the professors has also been discussed. Also, the effects and application of these findings in both theoretical and practical fields are presented. Manuscript profile
