This study aimed to explain the interrelationships between psychological empowerment, employees' spiritual intelligence and reducing occupational accidents. The present study follows a three-step process. For this purpose, in the first step, by taking advantage of documentary based research and library research method, the existing and available scientific literature were reviewed to count the factors affecting the dimensions of the research. Then, the fuzzy Delphi method was used to finalize and localize the factors affecting the three dimensions. Finally, DEMATEL-based ANP (DANP) technique was used to determine the relationships between the main and secondary variables and how they interact with each other (interaction). The final statistical population of this study consisted of 11 experts in the field of organizational behavior and senior managers of safety, accidents and control of the National Iranian Copper Industries Company. The judgmental sampling was used select the sample, which is an nonprobability method. The results showed that psychological empowerment and employees' spiritual intelligence directly and unilaterally affect the reduction of occupational accidents, and this means that the promotion and improvement of psychological empowerment and employees' spiritual intelligence reduces the occupational accidents. Also, it was found that there is a two-way relationship between psychological empowerment and employees' spiritual intelligence.
