تحلیل مقالات مجله علمی پژوهشی آموزش و توسعه منابع انسانی طی دوره 5 ساله (1397-1393)

چکیده مقاله :
فصلنامه علمي و پژوهشي آموزش و توسعه منابع انسانی متعلق به انجمن علمی آموزش و توسعه منابع انسانی ایران است که در سال 1397 به عنوان "انجمن برتر" کشور از طرف وزارت علوم، تحقیقات و فناوری انتخاب گردید. این فصلنامه به منظور ارائه تازهترین نظریهها و یافتههای علمی در حوزههای آموزش و توسعه منابع انسانی و همچنین به جهت تبادل و نشر افکار و اندیشههای بدیع، به انتشار مقالات علمی پژوهشی میپردازد. هدف این پژوهش که از نوع توصیفی با رویکرد کتابسنجی و علمسنجی است، بررسی و ارزیابی محتوایی مقالات این مجله است. جامعه آماری این تحقیق، 133 مقاله منتشر شده در 5 سال گذشته از شماره 1 (1393) تا شماره 19 (1397) فصلنامه علمي و پژوهشي آموزش و توسعه منابع انسانی است و بهمنظور توصیف عینی و کیفی محتوای مفاهیم، بررسی بهصورت نظامدار و در قالب 6 پارامتر انجام شده است. نتایج موضوعی بهدستآمده نشان میدهد مقالات در 9 دسته قابل تفکیک میباشند که از این میان، موضوع اندازه گیری اثرات و نتایج برنامه های آموزش و توسعه با 75/21 درصد و مباحث سنجش اثربخشی دوره های آموزشی مورد توجه بیشتری بوده است. همچنین میزان مشارکت پژوهشگران خوب ارزیابی شد بهگونهایکه 373 نفر محقق در نگارش 133 مقاله مشارکت داشتهاند و بررسی مؤلفین مقالهها نیز نشان میدهد مؤلفین با رتبه علمی فارغالتحصیل/دانشجو بیشترین تعداد از نویسندگان را به خود اختصاص دادهاند. بررسی روشهای پژوهشی نیز نشان داد مقالات توصیفی-کاربردی، روش تحقیق کمی و ابزار پرسشنامه از تکنیکهای پراستقبال پژوهشگران این حوزه بوده است.
The purpose of this study is the explanation of the role of gamification on job satisfaction and employee motivation in the cosmetic industry. This research is a positivist nature with a quantitative approach. Also, this research is descriptive and in the type of field studies, and in terms of research approach, is quantitative research. The target population of this study is all staff of marketing and sales units in the member of Iran cosmetic industries association whose scope of activity is in Tehran province. In this study for sampling, cluster sampling method has been used. Also, we used Krejcie and Morgan tables to determine the sample size, and 350 members of the target population have been investigated. In this research, two methods of library and field methods (a standard questionnaire consisting of 13 items) have been used for data collection. In order to assure the reliability of the measurement instruments, Cronbach's alpha was used. And for validation, content validity (content validity ratio and content validity index) was used. Also, in order to investigate the relationship between variables and data analysis, paired-samples T-test and SPSS software have been used. The results showed that gamification has an effect on job satisfaction and employee motivation
