But the advantage is not achieving only with training courses, Effectiveness of learning is attained if the staff imparts apprentices, knowledge, skills and attitudes which are learnt to improve their performance. The aim of the present study is applied research and it is descriptive and survey methods of data collection. In terms of the relationship between variables and specific correlation is based on structural equation modeling. Statistical population research is 460 persons of a military units, that 210 persons were selected based on Morgan table. A researcher-made questionnaire according to Baldwin, et al. (2009) was used to collect data and to test hypotheses with 20 questions about some indexes such as climate for imparting, support of managers, peer support, and action after the training. Data analysis showed that recognized indicators have positive and significant relationship with facilitating the imparting training to the workplace. در دنیاي متحول امروزي، آموزش و توسعه علم کارکنان به شکل یک استراتژي کلیدي براي سازمان‌ها می‌باشد تا از مزیت رقابتی برخوردار شوند. اما این مزیت تنها با برگزاري دوره‌هاي آموزشی حاصل نمی‌گردد، آموزش در صورتی مؤثر است که کارآموزان به طور موفق، دانش، مهارت‌ها و نگرش‌هاي آموزش داده شده را انتقال دهند و از این طریق، عملکرد خویش را بهبود بخشند. تحقيق حاضر پژوهشی كمي و به لحاظ هدف پژوهش، كاربردي مي‌باشد شيوه گردآوري داده‌ها در آن توصيفي و از نوع پيمايشي است. از حيث ارتباط بين متغيرهاي تحقيق از نوع همبستگي و به طور مشخص مبتنی بر مدلسازي معادله ساختاري میباشد. جامعه‌ آماری پژوهش کارکنان یکی از یگان‌های عملیاتی نیروهای مسلح به تعداد 460 نفر بودند که تعداد 210 نفر از آن‌ها بر اساس جدول مورگان انتخاب شدند. روش جمعآوری داده از نوع میدانی است که جهت گردآوری اطلاعات برای آزمون فرضیههای تحقیق از پرسش‌نامه محقق‌ساخته بر اساس مطالعات بالدوین و همکاران (2009) با 20 گویه و با شاخص‌هایی همچون شاخص جو انتقال، حمایت مدیران، حمایت همکاران، و اقدامات پس از آموزش استفاده شد. تحلیل داده‌ها نشان داد که شاخص‌های احصاء شده با تسهیل انتقال آموزش به محل کار رابطه‌ای مثبت و معنادار دارند. http://istd.saminatech.ir/fa/Article/Download/29792
